Would you sell to someone with 1 feedback?

Hello, could someone help on one of the items I'm selling the highest bidder is someone with 1 positive feedback which was him selling something he has only been a member a few months. the item still has 5 hours but I'm wondering is it risky if he wins it but i guess everyone has to start some where as long as he pays would you guys think its fine to post to him? Thanks

As you say everyone has to start from zero. If he wins and sends the money I can't see a problem.

I do a lot of selling on eBay and have had no issues using buyers with low feedback. I say go ahead with it.

We all have to start somewhere. Even you were a zero feedback once.

Yes, although I only sell to people who have a card registered if they have very low feedback (3 or less) to verify their identity (in case of sillyness).

An Echeque payment is fine. It will have an estimated clearance date, and you need to hold off postage until it has cleared.

They can take several days to process, so would advise your buyer that the Echeque is pending with an expected clearance date of xxxxx and you will post once cleared.

Do let your buyer know that it's an echeque & let them know that they take time to clear & give them the estimated clearance date & that you'll post as soon as it clears.

Whats the reason for the echeque?

Memory a bit fuzzy but im sure something i was going to pay for said its going to be an echeque. Maybe when my card was about to expire?

So possibly they have a card on file but its expired or about to?
