I was lucky enough to win an Iphone 4s last week and just trying to get to grips with it now.
Is it possible to download my own ringtones to it?

There are ringtone apps that you can download.
I've got one called ringtone designer on my phone.0 -
Using iTunes on a PC, you can convert any existing sound file to a .m4a file. Then rename it to .m4r and sync with your iPhone. The sound will be available to select as a ringtone or for many other alerts, e.g. text messages, e-mails etc.0
