I was in a similar situation a few years ago, the third party insurance called me before I called my own insurance and had offered a repair and loan car throughout the duration. When I called my own insurance company, they recorded it and advised I could call them if I had issues with the third party.0 -

OP, any news?
Cheers for all the comments. Had a closer inspection and it isn't drivable, the plastic guards under the bumper have broken and dragging on the wheel, also bump is just an inch or two from rear shock. As it's under finance I'd want it towed to Toyota in Derby and let them sort it. So if Toyota finance do moan about repair quality, it's tough.
Other issue is that their claims dept is closed till Monday! Unless someone knows otherwise. It's coop0 -
Ok, rang the coop just now, but because I'm the 3rd party they can't deal with me (even though they took the details on Friday) I have to email in to some address as they don't have incoming call access....
Anyone ever dealt with these before? Can see this dragging itself out... Would just get it towed and repaired at Derby Toyota and then claim, but I can barely afford the tow fee at the minute!0 -
