Easy Jet Priority Boarding

We watched all the people who had paid for speedy boarding queueing ahead of us at the gate then we all got on the same bus to go out to the plane. My DD who is a nifty 15 years then easily outran every other passenger and got us our seats. Worth paying for speedy boarding probably not."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

Thank you for this. We saw that happen at Malaga airport last year that's why I knew it was pointless booking it for the return flight but the cheeky burgers at Easy Jet won't let you book it one way ... Money money & more money for them.:(Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -
Thank you for your replies to my query. The consensus of opinion is don't throw my money away on speedy boarding ... So I won't.
£45 to spend in the duty free shop, I know it's not duty free anymore but i do like the cosmetic counters ...

I fly with Ryanair a lot and would never dream of lining their pockets with more cash. Two of us always get a seat together because we don't leave it til late to get in the queue.
Thanks for this tip.
Having usually got the seat allocation at the book in desk we are always among the last to board because I like shopping in the duty free.
Better make sure I don't leave too late this year ...:)Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -

Mind you I'd have thought a 15 year old would want to make sure she is not sitting with her parents:D0 -
As suggested, just board early. I fly frequently with the budget airlines and have never had any issues with seating.
So long as you're in the first, say, 75% of queuing passengers, you should find adjacent seats. It's not uncommon to see latecomers asking to swap with already-seated lone travellers, to ensure seats together. In my experience, this request is usually met!
Then there's always the inevitable 10-person family who have clearly made it to the gate 30 seconds before its closure, and it can be quite amusing to watch them saunter on to a 95% full plane and whine about seating
