They are still taking legal advice..... How long does it take to have this question answered?
They obviously know the truth but are to scared to admit it.
Oh and he stated to take these forums with a pinch of salt and that appeals don't result in more letters.

            I reckon he asked someone working in Costas or Starbucks. It was actually a barista's opinion, but with his spelling (he can't even spell the name of his own company correctly) ...
