BPA still refuse to admit that the hmrc vs vcs decision is binding.

Gareth at the BPA still claims that tickets are valid.

They are still taking legal advice..... How long does it take to have this question answered?

They obviously know the truth but are to scared to admit it.

Oh and he stated to take these forums with a pinch of salt and that appeals don't result in more letters.

What a bunch of jokers!!!

  • They are taking advice from the firm of Perkins, Looplotty & Co. It is taking a little longer than expected because the person handling was found to be on a different planet.

I reckon he asked someone working in Costas or Starbucks. It was actually a barista's opinion, but with his spelling (he can't even spell the name of his own company correctly) ... :)
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

Maybe Perky asked himself? I've always thought he was a total barrister, or something like that.

Do you think Perky might have gotten the local barista down the coffee shop mixed up with a barrister? After all the 2 words are pretty similar. :rotfl:

Or even asked someone pretending to be a barrister in a pub in exchange for a few drinks for their opinion on the matter.
