New Internet Contract, with who?

I think I've passed the 12 month contract with Virgin Media. I have the L package with them, and have no landline or TV.
I was looking for the cheapest package and at the time it seemed like Virgin Media were as I didn't need to get a landline to get Internet. I paid about £16 for the first 3 months then after that £21 then they increased the price to £22.50 per month.
Are they still the cheapest? I want unlimited broadband. I read that the company B E are good but i don't know much about the. I don't really like Virgin Media because their connection is poor. Any ideas with who to go with?
I don't mind getting landline if it works out cheaper than what I am paying now.

BE cheapest are £17p/m plus line rental and calls just to give you some idea.
Cheap and good service dont go hand in hand.0 -
They are, but they gt considerably cheaper the more services you add (Mobile, TV, Phone etc). They also offer the lowest contention rates, I'm currently on their 60Mb service for £24pm as part of a 3-way bundle.0
