The item number is #360455390135. Argos seem to be aware of the transaction. i tried to log a compaint via paypal but it opened up via ebay. its all very strange.

as for writing off 29.99.......to argos......mmm....take hate to the grave....

Yeah it's Argos Outlet ok - I got a phone off them a couple of weeks ago.

Open a case through ebay as well as paypal. You should get your money back (or a replacement sent) ok.

Sharpy she might well be a nasty piece of work who is bored and house bound, but there is no need to cast aspersions on lesbians and fat people as well ;)

Open a case through ebay as well as paypal.

You cant do that, one case per item. One or the other would get closed.

Sorry :( Wasn't aware of that. I've usually just opened a case through ebay directly if needed.

Argos may or may not be a*sed, but if you open an 'item not received' dispute from Paypal you'll get your money back. Have you done this yet?

Perhaps bouchac1995@london.com is the email argos use for Paypal? I think what's happened is that argos ran out of stock and couldn't fulfil your order. They now seem to think its easier for them if you just raise a case for you get your money back. Lazy, yes... scam, probably not.

Only a few quid I wouldn't bother about it tbh.

As it's "only a few quid", perhaps you could send me £29.99.

I'd like it if £30 was 'only a few quid'. Here in the real world, however...

OP - file with Paypal for your money back, you should be proected as they probably can't prove delivery.
