Hi,
Could someone please advice, I have some turkish lira which i would like to sell (dont want to keep it for another time), is it better to hold onto it till after the summer or change it now? Where would be the best rate to exchange? I also need to get us dollars, would i get a better rate changing direct to us dollars?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks:)

If anyone you know is planning a trip to Turkey, that's the best option. Otherwise try the "Buy Back" option on the Travel Money Maximiser on this site. The best rates will be in London so if you can't get there in person you'll have to send the money by secure delivery. This costs a few £, so if it's a relatively small amount of money you may be better off just looking for the best rate you can find on your local high street.
You won't be able to change directly to USD in this country (unless you do it privately and can find someone with USD who wants Lira) and I don't know if you'll get a good rate for Lira in the USA (or wherever you're going with your USD).Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
