Septic Tank Emptying Cost

Hi

I live in a row of 3 properties and we share a septic tank. So the cost of emptying it is split between us. In past years there has been six of us. Now a family of 4 has moved in to one of the properties so now theres 8.
Should the cost be split per household or per person, as the family of 4 will be producing more waste than the 2 of us.

What does anyone think, thank you.

Thanks very much, yes i think i will, and also have been told it maybe be in the deeds that its split equally 3 ways.
The family are in more than we are, there will be more clothes washing and i'm sure the kids will have baths, we only have showers. It does show as its 2 years since last emptying and before they moved in it was 3 years between emptying.
Anyway thats life i guess, thanks again.

Our tank cost £100 to empty every year split between 4 houses.
I live alone while there are 6 next-door.
Its cost me £25 a year!
I wouldn't dream of !!!!ing off the neighbours to save a few quid!
