Hiya,

Just got this phone from Dialaphone today, it's pay monthly. The seal stickers were both open when I got it, and there are some marks on the back, no screen scratches. What do you guys think? Do you think i've been sent a used returned phone??

Thanks!

Edit: Trying to post photos but won't let me as a new member. :(

I can't comment on if its a returned phone or not but if it were me I'd be returning it for what I asked for. I would not have asked for and paid for a scratched handset (unless it was very much reduced in price as a direct result).

Hi guys, got a photo now, that's one of the marks, there's one above the HTC symbol too. Is it worth sending back?

I sent a onex back to phones4u recently, box wasn't sealed. Sent new one straight away.
On the thread a hukd, there was a few complaining about returns being sent out. A few had rang up and managed to get £50 off seeing they weren't getting a new handset.
I would exchange it myself though.

Based on that photograph I'd be returning and requesting a replacement
