Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here. I've just received an 8th letter from MET, this one is from Zenith Collections and I notice the thread with the pictures of the letters only goes up to 7 on the MET list. It says the debt recovery has been assigned to them and I can settle at a discounted amount of 79.99. This seems to be unchartered territory ? Where should I go from here ? Thanks.

Nothing uncharted about it, probably the guy at the next desk. Continue to ignore, and eventually THEY will settle for the discounted rate of nothing.0

If you have a new letter, how about getting it scanned, depersonalised and posted-up so everyone can benefit from seeing the scam in fuller detail.

Offering a discount is always a sign of absolute desperation on their part. Carry on ignoring, this is probably the end.0 -
definitely near the end when they are offering a discount, probably include some green shield stamps next????????????0

A search of the word 'Zenith' in this parking board would have given quite a few results; here's one:

Not uncharted territory at all. DRP & Zenith are the same scammers. Carry on ignoring - as the name Zenith suggests, it's the furthest end point in the scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've had to remove the usual http start as a newbie !0 -
Thanks for posting that, it's a new link I think!
I see now you've also sent it Crabman:

Brilliant, many thanks for that new one for our collection! Lots of people have had that one and ignored it (of course, 'cos it's all hot air and b0ll0cks of course) but so far no-one had sent Crabman any Zenith pics. PLease do keep him updated by pm with any others for the thread!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am also 'in dispute' with Met Parking as well. The latest I have received was a letter from 'Graham White Solicitors' dated 24 May. I am hoping (!) that maybe the end. Maybe I will ring them anonymously (using 141 on the phone) and asking them if no correspondence for over a month means it is the end. After all the letter did say that if they don't hear from me in 14 days they are going to make an Application to Court !Thank you for reading this message.0

DO NOT RING THEM!
It is Roxburghe's debt collectors pretending to be Graham White Solicitors (an elderly chap called Michael Sobell who just lets them use his name, he's not directly involved). There is no way on God's earth they will tell you 'yeah, you can forget about it if you haven't heard anything for a month' - they are desperate to scam people out of their money, it wouldn't make sense for them to say this.
Trust us, neither Roxburghe's nor Graham White do court. I think you may get another Graham White for £207.25 and then they may give up.
Either way, they WILL give up at some point. Nothing more will ever come of this.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Thanks. I will take your advice, but it is very tempting to do so! If only to say "nah, nah, nah" !!Thank you for reading this message.0
