hi, hope somebody can help, my fiance used this website to book her driving test! The company seems to hide behind a almost po box like address, the phone number is incorrect and the company do not respond to emails. Has any body else had any dealings with them or know anything about them? I have cancelled the debit card the payment was made on just to be safe.

Unbelievable that grown adults fall for these scams. As with any government service, you can simply buy it direct, no need to involve dodgy third-parties who charge a premium for doing nothing:

You need to check with the bank that this payment won't be honoured. Even if you change your 16 digit number banks often authorise a payment on the previous card (this happens a lot with continuous payment authorities - despite a new card being issued, payments can still be taken)."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Few Kin Eels.
Just signed up as a non name and it says teh fee is £78.
Again TS and others are absolutely powerless to prevent this kind of rip off being afforded across the internet.

I remember passing my test ans storming all over town afterwards, my Driving Instructor had set slots, and she deat with it. Seems the internet enabled days, we are always on the l;ookout for the next con. I am afraid this is one that usies the gullability of the seat web interface.
As for OP getting there money back, I would do a charge back. Though I would digest that the site also uses the security code and is verified by visa and Mastercard secure, one fears it may prove difficult. If otehrsa on here pump this, then this thread will pop up in the all seeing engine that is google and warn all otehrs off.I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!

Go for it, its actually a good idea.
There is nothing illegal about it, as long as you have gullible people openly ready to use a site like this then someone may aswell make a few quid out of it.
Its not dodgy, its just a service that clearly people will use.
So what exactly happened here, did they book the test then?
If so, what have they actually done wrong? You paid them.0 -

If it relies on fleecing the gullible (your word), then it is dodgy.Je suis Charlie.0 -
