Hi,
I ordered from this company and completed all the necessesary paperwork (send second paid bill) and recevied an email saying my claim had been approved. However having waited the more than the 28 days I've not received my free gift,
I emailed the compamy twice but no reply and phoning their phone number gets a pre-recorded message saying all gift enquirys should be sent through email or post.
Anyone have any ideas on what to do next?

Affordable has just been taken over by A1 Comms (Buymobiles.net) in the last few days, so probably going to take a few weeks to sort themselves out ...meanwhile if I was you I would write to them via recorded and probably word it as a LBA so that at least you have a claim registered
