The complaint should have been rejected based on the information given to us. Either it got auto paid out or there was something not mentioned by the OP.

Mortgage PPI has a very low uphold rate as its often NOT mis-sold. Nothing you said indicated a mis-sale which is why you were told the things you were.

Has anyone else noticed how posters who kick off when they don't hear what they want to hear, call everyone bullies, along with accusations of "you all work for banks" etc come back to post how successful they've been but post no actual details.
Maybe I'm just an old skeptic . . .;)
