wahooo result! finally managed to get hold of AC by email, back and forth them telling me they did tell me me saying no you didnt etc etc. today i recieved an apolgy and an offer for a full tank of petrol on them. ok so i know they most likely have fuel on site and a cheaper rate for them to buy in bulk but i dont care about what they are saving by offering me this rather than my tax disc back. my tax disc was refund amount of most likely £50 full tank of fuel nearer to £70!
very pleased now.0 -

i never actually found an email address. i used their website and followed the instructions to contact them. it only gave me an option to book a test drive so i used that and when it came to add comment i (less than politely) said that i didnt want a test drive but instead i wished to speak to management. they got back to me pretty quick x0
