    Update

Wife asked lower tribunal to let her appeal to the upper tribunal but they refused so she appealed to the UT and they set aside the LT decision, the file we had from the UT said when received this week.
Does this mean a " new " lower tribunal will hear the appeal again ?

Another letter arrived yesterday saying files are now going back to the UT judge after LT and my wife both filled out forms agreeing with the judges reasons to set aside, does anyone know what happens next ?

Had the decision notice to set aside today, nearly a year has passed since FTT, any advice on the tribunal to come ?

Accompanied my wife to tribunal this week and she had award letter today, lower rate care and lower rate mobility awarded, she was trembling when she opened letter then burst into tears after she read it, over two years was spent fighting this including the Upper tribunal overturning the first tribunal and it makes the first tribunal judge look very unprofessional.

My wife requested a statement of reasons back in March for a DLA decision, do they always take this long to reply ?

    My partner's took 5 months.
    Here is the letter:- http://dwpnegligence.wordpress.com/2013/01/12/dwp-responses-slothlike/

    Hope that yours is quicker!
