I would suggest that you keep clear of Dabs their customer service is problematic see here: http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.dabs.com )
They're not that bad, anyone who shifts large volumes is gonna have their share of screw-ups, including the sainted Amazon. I've never had a problem with Dabs, including with returns of faulty items.Je suis Charlie.0 -
For 0.70p I would prefer the WD model from Amazon (free dleivery) plus I know that this will come with 3 yrs warranty from date of manufacture.bazster wrote:They're not that bad, anyone who shifts large volumes is gonna have their share of screw-ups, including the sainted Amazon. Unfortunately I have been unlucky, as every time I have had an issue with Dabs, it was like getting blood out of a stone - last time, admittedly, now 12 months ago, they didn't even reply to emails - 3 of them in regard to a new, but faulty DVD drive. Their prices are good and delivery fast, its just thet they appear not to handle problems very well. Amazon on the other hand are the opposite with dealing with problems, no quibbles.0 -
I have used Amazon & ebuyer, would go to either again. Have used Dabs once - never again !0
