Can't you just attach the numbers to the wall by the side of the door?0

Yes we could, but we wanted them on the glass above the door.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

This is exactly what we are looking to get done. Would it be rude to ask how much you paid for the door? I'm expecting a local company round any minute to give me a quote.0

We did the same 4 years ago but used a similar company called purlfrost I think as they had a good choice of styles to choose. The numbers still look good now and cleaning is fine.0

ArlyWarly, I don't know how much Tiff paid but for the composite door, similar glass as Tiff's photo, frame, fanlight, fitting and redoing the inside front step we paid just under £1200 (inc vat). That was just about 4 years ago though and we in the south. And that was the cheapest quote we had!0

We were quoted £950 by a friend who does glazing. I think if you find someone who does glazing but has a small company or does it on the side, it will be cheaper than a big company.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
