Sky Go on 3 Network
Hi looking for some advice please.
Hubby has got a new samsung galaxy 2 and wanted to install sky go. He keeps getting a message saying the phone is not supported on this device, but my daughters have the same phone but on different networks and its works fine.
He rang 3 and to be honest they didnt seem to have much knowledge and kept hubby waiting for a long time, before saying it will not work with 3.
Is this correct or does anyone else have this problem.
Update daughter just rang to say she is now getting the same message and shes on orange.
Anyone have an idea whats wrong please?

Nothing to do with the network as you can use it over wifi.0 -
Hi, I work for sky technical support.
Sky works on any uk or ROI network, on iPhones, iPads, iPod touch and several android phones (your husbands phone being one of those).
Sky have a strict 2-device limit per household, so once you have 2 phones set up for sky go on the same account, you won't be able to add any more.
For further assistance I would need to know what the exact message says, but basically if you can download the app from the marketplace, then it is compatible with that device. The network has no effect on the service.
