I checked my credit rating for the first time today as I really really want to sell my house and get a bigger mortgage. It's the overdrafts that are bringing my rating down I think, sooooo

That's what's bothering me. I'm going to aim for £500 off my [STRIKE]credit card[/STRIKE] overdraft.

Changed my mind about where to pay the £500 off. Both will have the same interest rate (fees on that £500 of OD kick in 1st August) but there is a £5 usage charge for the OD too. I have decided that if I can see my account going into credit every month (I earn less than my OD limit which is £1500) then I will start fighting to keep it in credit for longer and I might be more inclined to stop the stupid spending.
