Yes, my issue 3 is showing as 1%, and my issue 1 showing correctly at 5%.
I have exactly the same accounts with Cheshire and the statement arrived the same day showing 5% on both.

I rang Derbyshire who assured me I would get 5% as long as I met all conditions, but were unable to give any believable reason for the statement showing 1%.

I am going to take my passbooks into a branch to be updated just to be sure.

I don't want to pay in £6K over 12 months to only get 1%!

I am sure I've not missed any payments ( I did a FP on 01/05).

However I once did a FP to Principality at 2am on the 1st of the month and it was credited to the Monthly Saver on the last day of the previous month! I had to send in my bank statement to Principality before they agreed to pay me the full 5%.

Anyone else got problems logging into Derbyshire? I get the following message "Unfortunately it is not possible to display your account details at present. Please contact the Society if you need further information"

It would appear that when one logs in more that three times in one day it locks one out!

Even when they are successful log ins? I can understand it locking you out if you get the password wrong or similar, but not otherwise.

Yorkshire Post agrees that these summary statements are a waste of paper. http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/business/business-news/annual-statement-seems-to-give-little-away-1-4696010

The Derbyshire online system is not amongst my favourites. I get the feeling the front end is not particularly well connected to the payment processing system (e.g. The other month when withdrawals were delayed suggests an element of manual keying/non-real time processing. This failure was not communicated at all and there was no apology.)

I'm getting that. Trying to activate a brand new account as well.
Suppose I'll have to phone them tomorrow.
    What a pain.
