Could someone please list the holding charges for Vanguard Funds with the various providers?
I believe it is £2 a month with HL- maybe that is not correct. How much does iii charge?
Also - is it for each fund or for the total Vanguard holdings in a portfolio?

Vanguard funds are not currently available on iii.
http://monevator.com/hargreaves-lansdown-vanguard-funds/ explains the various permutations of Vanguard funds with the limited number of providers offering them.
The cheapest provider depends on the number of funds held and the frequency of trading. I don't think things have changed much since that article was written late last year.0 -

Most unbundled platforms and a more limited range on bundled platforms with an explicit charge. Listing all of them is a task for someone is likely to do for free.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. depends how much you invest.
I have performed a report assuming you buy £500 in all 5 of the LifeStrategy funds (as I'm also assuming you are looking at these).
If you tell me how much and which one's you are looking at I can get you a more accurate idea.
Pages 5 and 7 may be the most useful

HL is the cheapest if you're buying just the one fund. Despite being 27, I'm investing in the 40% equity as I will need the cash within 5-6 years and have an aversion to risk at the moment.0

Many Thanks. I am thinking in the same lines as you - £500 each.0 -

HL charge £2 per month for each Vanguard tracker. My wife therefore just uses one Vanguard LS for her SIPP as it's still quite modest.
My SIPP is with BestInvest, and I pay £120 pa so that I can hold as many trackers and other assets as I like. This fee is *only* £60 pa for ISAs and unwrapped.
Note that BestInvest don't charge for many of their other trackers, and this might be a good way for you to get started.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Why invest in more than one (or for life styling, two) of the Life Strategy trackers?I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Why? Surely putting an equal amount into each of the 5 Lifestrategy funds is the same as putting your whole investment into the 60% equity fund?0
