oh thank god for this post! my child tax credit has not gone into my account with Natwest! they had better get it sorted because i have got to pay my car insurance this morning or it is going to get cancelled!!0

Just spoke to an online advisor. Money still not in at 7.31 and they have been given no fixed time and to check back in an hour. I asked whether the money will be in the bank, just not showing up online. Anyone who is employed as an 'advisor' should know the answer to that, but she did not.
So, all in all, no more information! Sorry
Looks like my daughter is going on a school trip with no lunch! Shall I tell her to write a strongly worded letter?
