DLA not received

Hi, I normally receive my DLA today but the money has not entered my account, I have never had a late payment, is this normal? or has anybody else had any issues?

    I had a feeling you did. Natwest are apparently experiencing technical difficulties with payments. I have just chatted with an advisor online and they said that payments should be cleared into accounts by approx 5am. I too am waiting for a payment to credit my account.

    my tax credits are are not in my natwest account today they must still be having problems hope they get it sorted soon

    The latest from Natwest is that it could be 9am before this is resolved. I was told that they are working hard to resolve the issue of payments due in and debits due out.

    They can't even tell me if a payment is pending as the system problems are affecting their ability to access customer records. I suspect that the DWP will be having a busy morning with people calling to verify that payments have been made.
  • I have the same problem and thank god you all posted here I was so worried this morning as I need my money today. I am on the phone to Natwest held in a queue phone lines are rammo

    The worst thing about this I think is that Natwest do not have the decency to state that they are having problems when you log in to online banking. Instead we have to call or use the web chat facility.

    Good luck on the phone line Snoozy, maybe you can get better info from them.
  • I have just been told that the money could be in between 7am and 8am and if not in by 9am and we are desperate then they will be making arrangements to collect some money and to re-phone them to arrange this. Fingers crossed it's ok by 8am though as we will never get on the phones later.
