My old company vehicle also didn't fit into bays and was invoiced a number of times, each time I ignored the parking company, if retailers don't want vans in their car parks they should put a height barrier. So the advice is to ignore the scammers

Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    Doesnt make any difference.

Some leased vehicles have a clause where by they pay LEGITIMATE parking fines and then surcharge you. This is not a parking fine, it wasnt issued by the council or the police, the only people who CAN issue penalty charge notices.

A recent ruling has pulled the wheels of there little scam good and proper.....

So if the leasing company is switched on, they will know this, and just pass all the rubbish sent to them from parksure and its mates to you. Make sure they know this is a private invoice and they have no legal right to pay it and surcharge you.

Otherwise, it doesnt matter if its a lease van or you own it or whatever. The 'parking ticket' is an unenforceable private invoice for an illegal contractual penalty, as confirmed by the above court ruling.

well of course. You cant sue a vehicle, can you....... :D

The advice still is to ignore, you'vce told us nothing to make us change out minds yet ;)

Its an unenforceable private invoice, nothing more. Did you read the judgement summary ?
