Confused about my BB cable line speed

We are with Virgin Media currently on the L broadband package (10mbs). This is/was due to double around now. I cannot find the Virgin link to tell me if it has happened yet so ran a couple of download speed tests. The results were (just now)

Link does not work. When I click, Usain Bolt screen appears and I enter my post code in the space provided. Screen refreshes, briefly flashes bar filling and then the screen goes blank. No message.0
