Letter received saying there was no challenge to the reassingment from the creditor,
This all sounds so completely believable. Why would a creditor object to a debt being "reassinged" to a company that avoids repaying debts for a business?
And what exactly is "reassigning" a debt? Normally when lender B wishes to take on client X's debt to lender A, lender B just repays the debt to lender A.Optimists see a glass half full

SCAM rhymes with SPAM.
This whole thing is a well known SCAM. The company involved needs reporting to the OFT so they can be shut down.

For the avoidance of doubt, it should be noted that the fraud conviction relates to the operations of Momentum Networks Ltd trading as Credit Card Killer owned and run by Basil and Amanda Rankine and not North Star Capital Consultancy Ltd based in Bolton.

Hi
I have been made aware of these company by a third party who was saying great things about them- but it sounds far too good to be true so thought I would come here to check it out. I found someone on LinkedIn pupporting to be from this company (I cant post the link to the profile as I am a new user) that suggests they havent been going long.
However, I couldn't find much else as to the details of how they claim it could work. Am sure its a scam but cant work out how

Precisely. Its completely ridiculuous isnt it. The original creditor (a high st bank)is now giving my friend grief and making life generally difficult.0 -
