    Credit card PPI can be paid out irrespective of work benefits. So, that wouldnt stop it paying out.

    Alternative personal insurances are only an issue on advised cases where the adviser needs to take them into account. Not sold cases.

    How you bought it is also an issue somewhat in the other things you mentioned.



    The issues with loan PPI is different to credit card PPI. Credit card doesnt suffer front loading of the PPI premium for example and that is where most loan PPI complaints end up being successful.

    I'm going with no hope or possibly auto payout depending on who it is. If Satander are now responsible, then no hope. If one of the biggies and you still bank with them or there is paperwork, possibly...
