Problem with buyer on ebay

i sold an item by auction on ebay on the 2nd march, the finally sent me a cheque on the 7th march to which i sent a message to say i had received the cheque and it would be paid in the next day and would take 5 working days to clear which would then be sent after tues which was the 13th,it was ready to be posted wed and i got an email from them saying they won the item on the 2nd and wondered when the item would be sent as they hadnt heared anything from me,i replied that it was being posted that day and that i had already told them so in a message to which she had already replied,i also asked them to confirm the address as it said that the address had been changed,i have had various messages back from them basically calling me a liar i have done everything i could and i keep getting nasty emails messages from them, looking in the feeback they have got 2 negs which say Awkward and cunning - avoid doing business with this ebayer at all costs and NASTY ATTITUDE IN EMAILS - MADE FALSE ALLEGATIONS - BEWARE they will probably now say they havent received the item, what can i do?

The buyer can't do an unpaid item dispute, all she can do is a non performing seller complaint that actually doesn't mean a lot.

Don't send a replacement item., let her go through the ebay complaints system as it is going to cost her £15 to do so.

Send her abusive emails to ebay and complain.
