Walker home emergency

Walker home emergency were sent to me by npower 2 weeks ago, I had boiler cover with npower.
1/6 Boiler repair man came after I complained to npower of no heating. He said boiler was leaking and needed new seals but he did a temporary repair and said full repair with new parts would be carried out on 8/6.
8/6 Second boiler repair man turned up and said boiler was too old to get parts for (fair enough it was 20 years old) and needed replaced. He gave me a verbal quote that seemed reasonable so I agreed Walker could fit a new boiler on 12/6. Npower offered £450 towards cost of new boiler. Later got a phone call from Walker demanding 50% of the price of the boiler before they turned up to fit it.
12/6 New boiler fitted, at some points there were 4 vans of walker employees at my property. In the evening we had boiling hot radiators but no hot water.
13/6 Called Walker first thing to complain of no hot water. I had to take an afternoon off work for repair man no. 1 to come back. At first he tried to blame it on my setting of the time clock but after 2 hours worked out that the wiring from the previous day had been done wrongly.
15/6 Phone call from Walker to ask for the remainder of the money despite the fact I've never seen any costing in writing or anything to show npower contribution. I refused till I got something in writing which I was told would be put in the post.
18/6 Noticed a smell of damp from under stair cupboard with newly fitted pump at the back. Emptied the cupboard yet again to find the carpet and chip board floor sodden and pipe where hot water comes into the house from the boiler in the garage leaking. Called walker who say they will send engineer again tomorrow. We have had to lift the carpet but can't stop the water leaking ourselves.
It's getting to the stage I don't want them back but I need to get it fixed. How much should I ask them to take off the bill for all the inconvenience? Thankfully I didn't pay them on the 15th.

Walker Home Emergency.. Absolutely useless.
Dont want to say too much, but i have home emergency cover through my bank, and have used them twice, once for boiler and once for toilet leak, neither time have they managed to fix the fault, always have some excuse or other. if i was you, i wouldnt waste your time with them, on both occassions i have had to call out my own tradesmen at my own cost but atleast the repair was fixed, I have put in a complaint about them,0
