Yeah they will make as many calls as needed when they are about to sell you a contract but once you buy that contract and become their customers you are no more important to them. suddenly they become too busy, managers and supervisors are never available to speak to you0

I have the £1 a month contract that they ran some months back. I have had no problems whatsoever, and access to the voicemail is free. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Well my first contact with TM customer service and I'm very impressed.
Phone arrived yesterday but wasn't good to go. I couldn't ring before CS closed so emailed at 9pm last night. At 9am this morning I had a lovely email apologising for any inconvenience and saying it was due to porting number over and will be live between 10am - 6pm as she had checked my status.
Finished by apologising again for any disappointment and inviting me to get back in touch if for any reason it didn't go live.
It went live at midday:T:T:T:T:T~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

I nearly changed to Talk Mobile but was put off by Vodafone staff who kept telling me that although TM use the Voda network you would get a smaller bandwidth etc etc and my favorite one was if you were at a bust stop and the network was busy 1 person on vodas direct and one on TM then the voda direct user would stand a better chance of making a call!!
I have now missed a cracking deal on TM via the carphone warehouse a HTC One S 200 mins 500 texts and 1GB data £16 a month and the phone was free. Kicking myself !!
Have now written a letter to Voda as useless on the phone, all staff give different stories...0 -

I've just taken out a Talkmobile contract
Samsung Galaxy Ace, 24 months, £7.50 per month.
250 mins, 5000 texts, 500mb
£30 cash back via Quidco, hoping to sell the phone for £100.
£50 for two years contract, I'm happy.
AS for signal, seems alright for now, I'll post an update once I've used it a while.0
