Slow computer when playing games advice please.

After following excellent advice in sticky and adding 2kg of ram my computor is super fast at everything apart from playing games, specifically games on facebook. I'm having the same problem in Firefox. I updated to Firefox 13.1 and now the games are laggy.

I clear my cache regularly and I have 4GB Ram and 2.4 ghz processor with Windows 7.

If I play in Opera, everything is fine but I prefer Firefox.
