just watched martin lewis on this morning with phil and holly,
again he says not to pay invoices from private companies only police and council can issue fines, i also received invoice from ukpcin november and after 5 letters last one in april not heard anything from them since(i have moved house though but have had my mail redirected) not paying anyway so they can send as many as they like, i love browsing this forum:)

Hi,

3rd letter waiting for me when I returned from holiday. Again I felt a flutter of nerves and questioned if I'm doing the right thing ignoring these letters but a quick visit here has calmed my nerves and I will stay strong.
