Relate are very good, but the cost can be off putting.

Many areas have low cost counselling services - which often offer relationship/couples counselling too - you would need to enquire directly. I would google for low cost counselling services in your area the cost of this for individual therapy can be from £10 per session.

I'm not sure what area you're in but for example, there might be training institutes for various therapies within your city which often run reduced cost sessions for their trainee therapists - who have to have reached the required standard, and progression through the majority of the course before gaining their portfolio hours under close supervision

We went to relate probably should go back lol but it's £40 per hour if you plead poverty they charge £20
