P4U contract different to the Orange contract I have received
Options
Hi all,
First time on here and hoping for some advise
On 2nd June 2012 I upgraded my Orange contract with a local P4U store. After discussing various tariffs for the iPhone 4S, I opted for the 24 Month iPhone tarriff entitling me to 900 minutes, 3000 texts, 1 GB browing and WIFI. I have signed the purchase summary and the customer information form and the details on both of these forms clearly state this tarriff in black and white.
On returning home from work this evening (16.06.2012) I discover a letter from Orange informing me of my new contract details, as follows: 1200 anytime minutes, and 750MB of internet. This is a completely different tarriff than what I signed up to in store. Having spoken with Orange - they are not in a position to be able to alter any of the contract details.
I intend to ring the branch tomorrow to discuss this matter, if this complaint can not be resolved and the store is unable to amend the tarriff with Orange to the one I signed up to, could anybody offer advise as to what to do next?
Regards

It is the store's problem and they must either to sort this out or to cancel everything if they cannot.0

This isn't your contract - this is your Tariff, and can be changed. More likely they entered in the incorrect code and the wrong tariff applied. Go back and poinmt it out to them.0
