Where is best to buy cheap pull up nappies?

Can anyone tell me where they buy pull up nappies/nappy pants from at a decent price? I seem to do ok with normal nappies and finding them on discount (I aim for about 10p a nappy) but pull ups seem to be over double this and I can't seem to find them on offer so much. My daughter is starting to use the potty which is why we want to use pull ups in the day. They don't have to be branded. I have been waiting for Sainsburys to do their third off baby products to stock up but have been waiting a long time now! I am looking for size 5.

Thanks

You don't really need them. If she is ready for toilet training I found it just confused my first child if he had pull ups on. Having a proper accident taught him much more quickly to learn when he needed the toilet. Having pull ups made him lazy and just used it like a nappy. With my second child I'd learned my lesson and just went cold turkey. It only took a day or two and he hasn't had an accident since. Save your money!

    I'd probably go with aldi's.

Lidl do them and they work out just over 10p per pull up.

I really think they confuse toddlers, i found it much easier to train my children without them, plus they don't absorb like a nappy and they can end up making them sore.
My best tip would be character pants, "Princessses/ thomas/ peppa pig don't like wee wee" worked absolute wonders with my youngest, don't take your toddler with you to buy them, bring them home as a big exciting surprise, good luck!

I did try pull ups - Sainsbury's did do some in their basics range, though I can't see them now on their website, or on mysupermarket, I think they were 20 for about £3.

But, I found like people have mentioned before that they just confused my little girl, and after a couple of days, I just went cold turkey, and it then only took just under a week and she was potty trained.

I use them for my nearly 4 year old at night time, not sure when I should take them away at night as she is completely dry by day?

I use Aldi's or asda do some in their little angels range which are quite cheap.
I actually prefer the asda ones(as good as pampers IMO) but we are trying to avoid asda's and aldis are pretty good

Thanks everyone, you have convinced me to try 'proper pants', will see how that goes although am hoping for some sunny days so we can play in the garden and avoid wee on the carpets and sofa!

I also have an almost 4 year old, she has been dry in the day for 2 years now and no sign of being dry at night, not sure what age this usually happens but I know most of her friends this age are still in night nappies.

I agree they confuse kids, i had awful trouble with my twins trying them so i went cold turkey with my youngest and it was alot easier.

Saying that i use lidl's one for my youngest at night, i find they have better elastic than the cheaper ones (whoever made sainburys one has some really out of proportion kids) so pull back up properly once pulled down, there abit more than 10p each tho it's £3.79 for 22 in size 5 and i think it's 18 in size 5, my youngest fits in both sizes so i get the 4's as i get more for my money.
