WWYD? unearned Virgin cashback paid

So back in February I was enticed by the £142.50 cashback Quidco was offering to new customers signing up for Virgin Media. I completed the order online, it all went through fine, booked the installation and the cashback tracked. I then phoned Sky to cancel my services and was put through to retentions who offered me a fab deal, much cheaper than the Virgin, so naturally I phoned Virgin and cancelled the order and installation.

I assumed the cashback would not be confirmed as I had cancelled less than 24 hours later and didn't think anymore of it, but yesterday I get an e-mail from Quidco saying I'd been paid, checked my bank account today and there is £137.50 sitting there (the cashback minus the £5 quidco take).

What would you do? Do nothing and keep it? Or contact them and hand it back? I'm not sure I feel comfortable keeping it, but if I want to give it back who do I contact? Quidco? Or Virgin? My cynical side says if I contact Quidco they may just keep it for themselves?

Really you feel that bad? keep it safe for 6 months in case they come for it. Then feel free to donate to the needy charity of your choice.

Personally I would just keep it.
