illegal fuel filling

Hello, today vfuel from Bridgport, CT came to my house and filled the heating fuel tank without asking and I never signed any contract.
I used them once in february and said I wanted no contract just being filled once. I was very clear about it and understood.
Do you know what I can do to protect myself from this kind of behavior? Should I take an attorney, call the cops or intend some kind of legal action?
Your advice on this behavior would be greatly appreciated

If theres no contract in place then its upto them to come and take the fuel back I would have thought.
Best way to stop it happening again is fit a padlock to the filling cap.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
Hi dom, as this is a UK site, I don't think you're gonna get much help.
Suppose you'll have to pay . . .buy a padlock as suggested to stop it happening again
