Well sort of free you have to buy the sim card for £2 & £2.99 postage this is totally legal it is on the 3 network so you have to have a 3 network iPad or network free iPad to get the use of broadband all SAMBA MOBILE ask you to do is watch some adds and in doing so you get credit to use the 3g internet ether by micro sim for iPads or a normal sim for a dongles so have a look at SAMBA MOBILE and see if it's for you I mainly use wifi so paying for 3G is a wast of money so this is great for when I need 3g when I can't get wifi
