Hello All,
This is my first post so please be kind.
My girlfriend & myself will be moving to a nice rural cottage at the end of the month.
Finances are tight so I'm researching the cheapest broadband package. I thought about the TalkTalk £2.50 deal but then found out the exchange is a BT wholesale one.
So my question is who is the cheapest non-LLU provider, I originally wanted an Unlimited package as I play alot of online gaming. The online comparison sites aren't very good when it comes to non-LLU providers so help would be appreciated.
Also, I have an iPhone with unlimited internet & tethering with I think my Girlfriend also has. Do you think it would be best to just use those instead? Save having broadband or line rental.
Thanks very much in advance.
Kel

Thanks Penrhyn,
Looked into there package, still £30pm after the first three months. Think that is crazy in comparion to £15pm packages you can get in LLU areas.
Will just have to use the mobile internet and cut the online gaming.
Thanks anyway.

In that case, jailbrake your iphone (if not done already), install Pdanet or MyWi app in Cydia store and tether to your hearts content:p0 -
Plusnet is £12.99 for non LLU (plus £12.99 for line)
Ads said above, use tethering. (I get 1 meg BB nearly 3meg on 3G!0 -
Not got much advise, but I sympaphise a lot!
I was getting 17mb unlimitted ADSL2 for £7.50 in my last city centre rental, and have now bought in a more rural village outside...
Now: £30 from BT for 3mb... Not fun.
Tethering is faster, but only with the phone at arms length in some precarious window...0
