Anyone tried calling sky on the freephone number today

I just did and it answer with it dont work anymore and yoiu have to ring the premium number:eek: Has anyone got a alternitive number?

Tried phoning 08000512595 today and I also get the same message.

Firstly it says Broadband press 1 for other sky press 2

I press 2 then it says this number is not availiable please call the 0870 number then cuts me off.

Have Sky cut the freephone?

Yes it was withdrawn a few weeks ago.

Hi,

No more expensive calls to phone Sky TV. You also do not have to wait for 1/2 an hour to get through.

The freephone number currently is 0800 234 6019

These are normally change about every 6 months.

Hope this helps save you money and time on the phone.

I just called and i wasn't even on hold, i got straight through. :-)

The lady seemed a bit unsure of a few things at first, but maybe it was just my sexy voice that made her nervous. :-p

But a least i know what they can offer me now, so if virgin aren't going to play ball it could be time to change.
