Company offering to get Council tax reduced.

My next door neighbour got her money 2 weeks ago and as so far refused to pay them so also awaiting further news from her.

they have still provided you with a service, never mind how easy it is and should still be paid for their time. You would never have known you could do this if it wasn't for them.

Also its worth bearing in mind when you do this, it can go up as well.

I stand by what I posted. Former colleagues and myself have reduced many CT bands following a phone call or letter. Plenty of posters on these boards have had success by these methods.

true!:D but you need to know exactly what to say and how to say it. A lot of people ring up asking what band am i in, get the answer that they are given and carry on over paying.
