Hi Fae,
Just had time to read back through, congratulations on your new DFD and the water bill news :j
I haven't really had much success on the DF front in the last few weeks, but am hoping once the kids are back to school and we come home from our holidays at the end of the month to take the bull by the horns! I have re-worked my budget for September so will just need to stick religiously to it!

:wave:Morning all
Off camping tommorrow night, really looking forward to it, I will be having a little craft stall, so fingers crossed I will come home with a few pounds.
We did a car boot on Sunday and made £50.00 (that's after the entrance fee and petrol so all profit) quite happy with that, as it was all stuff we no longer wanted.
Mari it's rellay hard when there are holidays happening, I'm sure Sept will be a better month for you, and having a budget really helps
And yes have fingers crossed on the water front, got a bill through yesterday and if I have read it right they already owe us money for last month, about £30.00 so going to have a look into that today.

Hi Fae
Ooooh fingers crossed you will get some money back, that would be great!!
Good luck at your craft stall, hopefully you'll make lots of pennies. You did really well at the car boot
Where are you camping?

Turns out the water company don't owe me money yet, they just can't add up, oops :rotfl: so still need to wait till the end of the month when I submit another reading, I think my impatience is showing

On the plus side sold another book on Amazon yesterday so that'll help.
We will be camping in Calne Wiltshire, and I see the camping weather has arrived  made some honeycomb last night to sell, first time I have made it, it was so much fun, and really easy too.

Well camping was fun, and very hot, we didn't get home until 12:30am this morning as it was too hot to take the tent down till early evening but a good time was had by all.
I sold about £35 worth of craft items which was good, and had some people take my card so maybe some orders to follow, I did also do a little spending, £15 on a couple of items to bring home, and some icecreams to keep us cool
but I came home with more money than I left with :j
Hope everyone is having a good start to the week

I'm now off to work out my next target, as it helps my motivation to have lots of mini targets. Hope everyone else is doing well

Well my next target will be to see if i can come up with an extra £40.00 this month, as looking on my snowball caculator my last month payment in Sept 2014 is just £40.00 so it would be great to get that extra and knock another month of
So lets see how I do. I have some things to sell on ebay so that'll be a start.
