That's very risky as depending on the age and the status of the OPs account a second warning for the same violation might mean a suspension. Also, if someone is watching for these items they may be automatically notified when someone lists...buyers can set that up easily on items they are interested it.

I've reported poached plants to ebay, along with about 10 others and they do nothing. I've also relisted legitimate item (in my opinion) after they've been taken off no problems.
Listing removals are usually down to whoever stumbles across your page in the ebay office.

The nappy ban is being discussed everywhere, I just came across this thread as well:

I have emailed ebay just to ask why me, so to speak. I will let you know if I get a reply.
Do you think the same will apply to baby swimming trunks and bathers.

    thanks

As you’re new to eBay, I better warn you that, if you do get a reply, there’s a good chance it won’t have anything to do with the question you asked. :)

Looks like I was reported, I've just received this is the email.

    Hello Shelly,

I understand your concern in seeing similar items being sold on eBay
while yours has been removed. I assure you that we are not picking or
focusing on you alone. At any point in time there can be millions of
auctions on eBay and that makes it very hard to police all these
listings. Since we do not actively monitor what is sold on the site we
rely on members such as yourself to report such items so that we can
deal with them in the appropriate manor.

If you come across a listing that seems questionable, we ask that you
report it to us via the form at the following page:

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us/_base/index.html

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your
    cooperation.

    Kind regards,

Strangely enough it probably comes under the following ban:

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/used-clothing.html

Used underclothing it specifically prohibited, and since nappies are won under clothing it could be seen to fall foul of the rule. The rule does apply to athletic supports, so why not nappies?

    It does.

That was what I was trying to say.

Anything to do with preloved cloth nappies, be it wraps, nappies or even swim nappies, if it contains the word 'used' ebay will pull it.

There is a petetion to sing for it and its being discussed on many other forums i go on, Ukparents being one of them. There is a bigger discussion on Cloth Nappy Addicts.

Just relist it. It'll probably go unnoticed second time around.

Mine have now been listed 3 times, am waiting for it to be pulled with 2 minutes left again!
I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
