Buying foreign currency in the UK with debit card

Hopefully a quick Q&A. I remember last year there was a list of debit cards (e.g. Natwest) that would charge a fee to buy foreign currency in the UK (e.g. from Travelex). I can't see any mention of that any longer, so am assuming these fees have been scrapped?
TIA.
TIA.

Some time ago the staff at M&S currency desk told me to withdraw the cash from the instore atm to avoid any charges.
Obviously there is a limit on how much you can take out but otherwise you could go into your local bank branch and withdraw however much cash you require at the counter.0
