I can see why you think that but one thing I have learned in my dealings with Santander is that loyalty counts for absolutely nothing.
What's your loyalty to them. Both parties to a potential transaction are looking for the outcome that meets their objectives.
As a consumer you have a choice. That I'm sure you use almost everyday in some way.0 -
Seriously though, I laugh my absolute nuts off at people saying they've taken their banking elsewhere when talking about a global bank. It's like me saying "Apple, I will never buy your !!!!" and thinking that killed Steve Jobs.
Quiet sad to hear your thoughts esp as you are an FA.
Yes when it comes to a single person taking their business else where there is not such a massive implication. Not in the Global picture ....
But when a banking system is ( for now lets just explore Santander and their internal systems) allows / encourages customers to be unhappy it is only a matter of time before they P*** off enough people to mean that it does have an affect.
"Not having any Nuts to laugh off," I would bust a rib at anyone working as an FA would did not care about where his customers placed their finances! After all isn't that how you make your money, advising people how and where to invest, save, mortgage?Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0
