you are correct , but it depends on who is in goverment at that time , the answer to your question is that if labour was in power thats what would happen more nurses , police etc unfortunatly the torys are doin either thats why we are in the mess with 0%

of course you can , for example investing in our own makings like the euro fighter , theres alot of british made things that the goverment could invest in , buy creating british jobs which puts our own money back into the uk ,,but has prefered to buy foriegn on many occasions0 -
