    Had offer accepted 19th march lol. wasted 2 n half weeks trying to negotiate price after survey but didn't get any off in the end

    Had busy busy weekend, stripping paper, ripping off ploystyrene tiles from ceilings. Ache like mad now, but finishing work in 15 mins and off to spend the afternoon there now :D

    Going to start a refurb photo blog, I will link to it on here... when I have the time lol :j:j:j:j:j:j

    My offer is in on the house I want at the minute, so fingers crossed. It will be my first house. I know when I eventually complete and walk in I'm going to run around every room like a nutter, probably squealing and waving hands, and probably cementing the minds of my neighbours that I'm a nutter from the off! Lol!
