in House buying, renting & selling
just a little message...

completing today on my first ever house purchase

nervous/excited. sitting at my desk waiting for the call!

can't leave work til 4 doh. today's gonna drag!

not moving into it for few weeks, but get stuck in with refurb :j

thanks to everyone who has helped with my questions/queries so far! I'm sure I'll have loads to ask over on the DIY forum.

Hoping to learn some skills from my dad over the coming weeks :o

    How exciting. When we got ours we spent about a week just saying "I own this" to every door/wall/handle lol!!!

    Enjoy this wonderful time and halfway there - less than 4 hours to go now!!!!

    Congratulations and may you be very happy in your new home! I don't envy you the refurb, but it will be lovely when you are done and can look around and see what a nice home you've managed to create.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Cattie - it's the refurb i'm looking forward too. was looking for a project :)

    I'm camera op and editor by profession, so I shall do a before and after vid and youtube it (tho unlikely at my usual prof standard as will be rush filming so can actually do the work lol)
