Hi everyone,
I couldn't see a thread for this week, but please merge if there is one.
Su-roast lamb, roast spuds, carrots, courgettes, spinach
Mo Butternut squash and lamb red curry, rice
Tu-Lamb, pea, asparagus and mint risotto
We-smoked salmon and pea pasta
Th-porcetta stuffed pasta, with a mushroom& onion creme fraiche sauce
fr-Monkfish wrapped in pancetta with piedmontese peppers, pesto roasted potatoes & salad
Sa-BBQ burgers, homemade buns, corn on the cob (maybe wedges)
Su-Roast chicken, veg, spuds etc

Here's my mealplan:
Sat: Probably something snacky
Sun: Lasagne with Garlic Bread
Mon: Sweet Spicy Turkey with Salad
Tues: Omelette with Bread & Butter
Weds: Stir Fry
Thurs: Enchiladas
Fri: Jacket Potatoes with Melee Beans
Sat: Something Snacky again
Sun: Spicy Sausage Pasta
Might have a go at making some different puds with storecupboard stuff this week. I'm itching to have a go at making profiteroles. Will see how we get on!

Hope you all have a good week. This is our plan for the coming week (sundays have dinner entry as lunch, a larger sandwichey tea, just easier to list like this):
Breakfasts
Cereal and banana for hubby. Us girls will have either fried potatoes and spinach, or vegan omelette, or a potato scone/damper type-thing, followed by fruit (need that extra boost to get them to school and back now I'm halfway there!) Soya milk/tea to drink.
Lunches
Pease pudding sandwich or scone (salads +crispbread or soups for me). Soy yoghurts. Raisins. Carrot sticks.
Teas
Crackers with peanut butter or cornbread, raw veggies or fruit. Soya milk.
Dinners
Sat: [STRIKE]Faux Beef Dips :cool:[/STRIKE] Fishless Fingers, mushy peas and mash. [STRIKE]Fruit and homemade ice cream[/STRIKE]
Sun: [STRIKE]Faux beef slices vegan yorkies, [/STRIKE], nut loaf, veg, pots and gravy.
Mon: [STRIKE]Bean and Lentil Cottage Pie[/STRIKE]. Cornbread Chilli Bake
Tue: Baked beans on jackets with hm coleslaw
Wed: Chick Pea and Veg Korma with poppadoms
Thu: Pasta and sauce (not decided, could be tomatoey, could be Sheesey or just fried onions and walnuts)
Fri: Sea Cakes and mushy peas
Suppers
Soya milk for children, popcorn and/or carrots later on for us if wanted

I've got a nicely MS :money: meal plan this week:
Friday - mini tomato and herb beefburgers inna bun with chips, coleslaw and what forumite TILAMS calls wobbleade :beer: - burgers and chips RTC, wobbleade on SO
Saturday - coq au vin with mustard mash, carrots and broccoli - wine from a mini bottle won at a pub quiz, mash from a meal deal offer
Sunday - smoky pork belly with mustard mash, roast apple and veg of some sort - pork and mash from meal deal
Monday - jambalaya, made with LO pork and SO prawns
Tuesday - veg satay stirfry with noodles - stirfry sauce from a very cheap SO months ago, noodles for pennies from AF
Wednesday - cheese and tomato pasta bake
Thursday - fishcake, peas and croquettes - fishcake from a BOGOF after Xmas that's been sitting in the freezer waiting for me to eat it ever sinceBack after a very long break!0 -

Saturday: homemade lamb kebabs in pitta bread (from the takeaway secret)
Sunday: roast pork dinner with roast spuds Yorkshire puds and veg
Monday: cod pilaf
Tuesday: chicken parsnip honey mustard casserole with spring veg
Weds: smoked haddock with poached egg and mustard sauce
Thursday: cauliflower macaroni cheese

Crispy chilli beef stir fry

I'm feeling most righteous as we stuck to it last week, I didn't overspend and lost the bit of weight I had put on during the last couple of weeks (adjusts halo) [STRIKE]prepares to fall off wagon spectacularly.[/STRIKE]
SAT - Burgers in buns with oven chips & Salad
SUN - Chicken fajitas
MON - Omlettes and beans with H/M bread
TUE - H/M meatballs & spaghetti
WED - Jacket pots with various toppings
THUR - Grilled halloumi with pitta, houmous & cous cous
FRI - H/M pizza & salad with garlic bread.
Lunches - Pittas / houmous/ soup/ sandwiches
Breakfasts - Porridge / H/M raisin toast/ cereal
Puddings - H/M cakes / yoghurt/ tinned fruit/ eton mess on fathers day!0 -

G'day, all! Had a friend visiting last week so did a lot of eating out, must tighten the belt now. OH and roommie are sick so will try to sort them out by packing their diets with veg for a bit.
Anyway:
Sunday: pumpkin pasta with sage butter
Monday: pumpkin soup from l/o pumpkin
Tuesday: veg stir fry with cheat's satay sauce (first go - anyone have a recipe?) and rice noodles
Wednesday: Out, happy hour night
Thursday: leftover soup from Monday
Friday: Out with colleague in town from London
