Hi :) Hope you all have a good week. This is our plan for the coming week (sundays have dinner entry as lunch, a larger sandwichey tea, just easier to list like this):

    Breakfasts
Cereal and banana for hubby. Us girls will have either fried potatoes and spinach, or vegan omelette, or a potato scone/damper type-thing, followed by fruit (need that extra boost to get them to school and back now I'm halfway there!) Soya milk/tea to drink.

    Lunches
Pease pudding sandwich or scone (salads +crispbread or soups for me). Soy yoghurts. Raisins. Carrot sticks.

    Teas
Crackers with peanut butter or cornbread, raw veggies or fruit. Soya milk.

    Dinners
Sat: [STRIKE]Faux Beef Dips [/STRIKE] Fishless Fingers, mushy peas and mash. [STRIKE]Fruit and homemade ice cream[/STRIKE]
Sun: [STRIKE]Faux beef slices vegan yorkies, [/STRIKE], nut loaf, veg, pots and gravy.
Mon: [STRIKE]Bean and Lentil Cottage Pie[/STRIKE]. Cornbread Chilli Bake
Tue: Baked beans on jackets with hm coleslaw
Wed: Chick Pea and Veg Korma with poppadoms
Thu: Pasta and sauce (not decided, could be tomatoey, could be Sheesey or just fried onions and walnuts)
Fri: Sea Cakes and mushy peas

    Suppers
Soya milk for children, popcorn and/or carrots later on for us if wanted

Don't always get on here to edit!! :o
